Leak Scan Data Request Checklist (Lite)

Goal: 30–45 minutes of prep so our 60–90 min working session is evidence-based, not vibes.

Rule: If you don't have something, skip it or estimate. We work with partials.

A) Access + context (2 minutes)

  • Company name + website
  • Your role + who owns Sales/Marketing/RevOps
  • CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive/other)
  • Sales motion: Inbound / Outbound / PLG / Partner (pick all that apply)
  • Typical deal size (range) + average sales cycle (range)

B) Lead-to-first-response (10 minutes)

Provide one of the following:

  • Best: last 30 days inbound leads export with timestamps (created + first response)
  • Good: screenshot/report showing response time distribution
  • OK: estimate: "% responded <1h / <4h / <24h"

Fields (ideal columns):

  • lead_id (or email/domain), lead_created_at, first_response_at, source/channel, owner

C) Meeting → proposal velocity (10 minutes)

Provide 5–10 recent opportunities (closed-won + lost mixed).

Fields:

  • opp_id, meeting_date, proposal_sent_date, proposal_amount, stage, outcome, reason_lost (if you have it)

If you don't track proposal dates:

  • Provide the meeting date + the date the quote/proposal email was sent (approx ok).

D) Follow-up discipline (5 minutes)

For the same 5–10 opps, provide:

  • last activity date after proposal
  • number of follow-ups within 3 days (estimate ok)

Fields:

  • proposal_sent_date, first_followup_date, followups_count_7d (or approximate)

E) Handoffs (optional, 5 minutes)

If you have SDR → AE → CS handoff:

  • where handoff happens (stage name)
  • typical delay (hours/days)
  • what usually gets lost (free text)

F) Artifacts (optional but powerful)

Any of:

  • your pipeline stages list (just names)
  • your SLA doc (if exists)
  • 1 call recording or transcript (redacted ok)
  • 1 anonymized proposal PDF

Privacy / redaction rule

  • Remove personal data if needed. Company-level timestamps + stage movement is enough.
